OH HONEY! HERBALLY INFUSED HONEYS AND HERBAL BEESWAX CANDLES

Did you know that fossils of honey bees date back about 150 million years?! Not only is honey an important food for many cultures, it is also viewed one of the great healers in herbal medicine and is used magically in some traditions. In this class we’ll discuss the various uses of honey in herbal medicine, magical connections to honey and bees, learn how to infuse honey with herbs, sample a variety of infused honeys, and how to roll an herbal beeswax candle. Participants in class will make and take home a customized honey infusion and rolled herbal candle.
